Over the last 4 weeks, New Zealand-made programme ‘A Curious Mind’ has aired on TV. It’s a 4 part series hosted by Clinical Psychologist Nigel Latta, aiming to present a range of information about our most complex organ - the brain. The series talks about our need for social connection, our memories, brain-damage, and how we problem-solve. It also talks about stress, anxiety and depression - and that’s the episode I’m in, number 4. Even if I wasn’t interviewed for the series I’d be recommending you watch it, it really is fantastic television. Great explanations, relevant information, and very digestible.
If you’re in New Zealand you can watch it for free on TVNZ ondemand at this link here.
